Job Description:

 An opportunity to work with Document Network Services Limited, the authorised Xerox Premier Partner who are situated on the prestigious Pride Park Business Development in Derby. We supply Xerox office hardware and are looking to develop and grow our sales team to sell hardware and make appointments over the telephone for our field sales executives.

The Purpose of the role will be to effectively manage, support and grow the Xerox business equipment within the market place.The successful candidate will either have previous outbound calling experience, or a sales back ground - ideally in a lead generating role. You will be contacting companies after they've received our marketing, to create leads for our sales team to then call them. We are looking for an enthusiastic, bubbly, confident and well motivated person. Also with excellent communication skills, and must be able to speak to people at all levels.

Principal Accountabilities:

1. To arrange appointments on referral basis, for the field sales team.
2.
Daily maintenance of sales activity management database.
3.
Achieve and exceed personal performance targets and other set activity levels.
4.
Building strong and customer internal relationships.
5.
Maintain high level of corporate and product knowledge of both Xerox and the competition.
6.
Effective Account management.
7. Ability to co-ordinate internal resources in order to meet customer requirements, within teams/regions and cross functionality for administration, billing, distribution, customer training and support.
8.
Abilities to use new web based technologies.
9.
Ability to research customers internally to gain competitive advantage.
10.
Ensure contact with all decision makers at least four times per year to ensure full account coverage.

Training:

Full initial and ongoing training will be supplied on all products, systems and services.

Xerox provides ongoing on-line and off-site training and all our team have been given the opportunity to further their careers and improve their skill sets.

Background & Experience:

Previous telesales experience in a business-to-business environment.

At least one years experience in a Sales or Outbound telephone environment where achievement of targets is critical.

Experience in our industry or similar would be ideal.
